I am in the process of adding my collection of poetry to my page - starting with my earliest works and working up to my present-day pieces. Please bear with my updating - I have a lot to add!
UPDATE: All my poems through 2009 are now published! Years 2010 - 2014 should all be up and published in the next few days... In the home-stretch now!
I'm an eccentric 26-year-old who loves writing, drawing, and videogames. I tend to write poems that revolve around depression, heartbreak, insanity, and the macabre - most people perceive poetry to be a totally happy and light-hearted thing, and I feel there is more beauty in the darker side of prose. My poems can occasionally have some triggering themes (i.e., violence towards oneself/another), but I do NOT condone these behaviors in real life. I use them for the sake of my writing and nothing more. I will warn of potentially graphic/mature/triggering materials in the summaries of my works to attempt to avoid offending anyone. That's definitely not my intentions!
I also play videogames and dabble in a bit of art - drawing, photography, and Photoshop/GIMP editing. While I enjoy these pursuits, my skills here nowhere near compare to my writing prowess. My niche is with the pen and I never see that changing.
