• Well I will start off here. I would like some food back on either Marked Book 1: A Darker Power or Created, Not Born. I will be more then happy to return any and all reviews/comments.

    Thanks,

    Dante.

  • Would anybody like to review a werewolf short story set in Germany that does not involve an element of romance? I've got a 7,000 word story posted that has plenty of views, but not nearly enough comments. Feel free to read it, review it, love it, hate it, it doesn't matter :)

  • Hi everybody, sorry I haven't been around but life has been hectic lately.

I would like to ask for a review for my story Marked: The Beginning Of The Fall, which I will be posting shortly. It is a medieval fantasy which I would like to publish some day. It is the first book in a two or three (I haven't decided yet) trilogy called, obviously, Marked.

I thank anyone who will read this story, I can already say that your help will be much appreciated and I will read/review a story in return, provided it isn't something I hate, which isn't much.

    :)

    Thanks

  • Okay people. Tell me, am I crazy, or did I state, in perfectly normal speech, that I was working on The Beginning Of The Fall? Did I not use those words? If so, can anyone explain to me the inner workings of us writers minds? Why, when we decide that we will work on one piece of literature we find ourselves immediately thinking of (and then writing) something completely different? Ahem *clears throat awkwardly* now that I have that out of my system. This is another little bit of apologetic Dante because, as afore mentioned, while I 'have' written the first chapter of TBOTF and started the second. I find that I have suddenly fallen back to thinking on an idea I had, and nurtured to a certain degree with some help from the lovely Danny Power. This story is called Created Weapon and is a futuristic tale based around the idea of artificial humans. That is all I am going to say so as to not spoil the plot but you can see from that little I have said why I am so confused a to the reason behind it's sudden reoccurrence in my mind when Marked is a completely different genre, plot everything!! Anyway, now you know and for any of you which may have read the little I posted of the first book (now second. Name: A Darker Power) I apologize if you were waiting for TBOTF. Hopefully I will finish my editing soon and you can have chapter 1 Dante out.

  • Me again. This is just a little warning that, due to a big I hope will be resolved soon, the formatting in Created Weapon is all bunched together with no spaces. I hope to fix this as soon as the administrators fix the issues I have encountered posting chapters. I think that's all so, Dante out

    Kingdom of the Stone
The Chronicles of the First Age

It is the dawn of the first age and the fallen Lords of Heaven are fighting over that newest of creations: mankind.

Only Karux, a young herdsman tormented by horrific dreams of the future, can unite the tribe of men and protect them from the chaos, madness and death the fallen lords bring. To do this, he must first discover the secret names and shapes of magic with only an autistic six-year-old girl to aid him.

Foreseeing his death and the death of the woman he loves, he must overcome betrayal, hold back a growing curse and train a people with no concept of war to fight against an inhuman enemy.

  • Well hello everyone!

I have two stories I would love to receive comments on (both are LGBT novels) if anyone is interested?

The first is In Love With Air, while the second is my latest project - Boy.

I will, of course, comment and review any of your stories in exchange!

  • Hey, is anyone interested in a story about witches that`s not like Sabrina the Teenage Witch? Well, I have the Miss Midnight Trilogy, which consists of Miss Midnight, its sequel, Miss Midnight: All Hallows Eve, and a prequel short story, The Witching Hour. I`m looking to get some feedback on them. Can anyone help me out? I`d be more than happy to read some of your work as well.

  • Hey everyone! After a multiple year hiatus I am back to this site and ready to get this show on the road! I've got a chapter up and am in the process of reviewing/critiquing two different stories.

I've also set up a club exclusively for giving advice or sharing opinions on. I hope this doesn't sound spammy but I was thinking that maybe you guys could take a look at it and let me know what you think?

So far there are only two discussions up- one on prologues and one on how to start your novel (I know they are both closely related but I figured they were good follow ups to one another).

  • Heya guys!

So I'm currently writing a fantasy story about dragons and smoldering pirates, and it's called Smoke and Mirrors. If any of you is into this kind of thing, I'd very much appreciate if you gave it a look and let me know what you think of it. I'd be happy to share my opinions in return!!

    Thanks a lot!

  • I'll give five comments and an honest review if someone reads and gives my story, ("Because I love you") some feedback I'm planning on entering it into the 2016 Wattyawards once they begin, so I genuinely want to do my very best on it. In order to know how to improve myself, I need as much honesty from fellow readers and writers as I can possibly gather. So, if anyone wants their stories read, commented on, and reviewed... feel free to tell me which ones you want.

I read, after all, just as much as I write.

  • Hello everyone!

A short little story - I've been dealing with writer's block for the past five and a half months now, and it got to the point where I deleted my stories from SparkaTale. I regretted that decision.

Back to the present, and I'm deciding to bring back a title I had worked on before I deleted it - I.Am.Aidan.Ianess. Unfortunately I'm still in the troughs of writer's block, but I'm working my way back up to 3,000+ words after months of absence, and would greatly appreciate any and all feedback. It is written with an anime-inspired vision, but I want to know if readers can get a sense of what I'm trying to write, if that makes sense?

I will, of course, return the favor with a comment/review of my own.

    Thank you all in advance!

    Danny.

  • Hello all. Despite forming an account a while ago, I am still relatively new to Sparkatale, and I really want someone's opinion on my original story Witchers Weed. It's just that I want to see what my flaws are, what I can/should improve on, and what parts of it I'm getting right.
