Syncopation by Niles Flynn Completed
"I know when they tell me to breath, that it'll get better, they're only trying to help, but sometimes I just want to scream at them 'Shut the Hell up because you haven't got a fucking clue!'" I've had issues with anxiety and panic attacks for most of my life, and so even when people try to help, my brain doesn't work the same as anyone I've met and so they lack the understanding to really help (something that happens far too often with mental problems) so this was what happened when I finally stopped bottling it up.

Just One Sweet Little Kiss by Lisa Wynn Completed

Just to clarify more than anything. The line 'silly aunt Kristi' she is not really my aunt. She is a close friend of my mother's that I've always reffered to as Aunt Kristi.
