Album

It all stood still, a calm before a storm.

Like a predator waiting to jump upon its prey

Creeping up closer without making a sudden noise

They failed to realize, the simplest of thing

That even the quietest of noises, make the loudest of screams.

The prey it knew, it knew it what was coming

No fear, it felt, nothing in its mind

It was already too damaged, to hurt to even try

What could it be waiting, the prey all but sighed

However the prey didn’t realize as well

Giving up too soon, is like never giving up at all.

Their movement wasn’t changed

They didn’t bother to try

What point was there, when neither would get courage to try.

The times had to change, one had to move

The prey had to run

Or the predator had to jump

So they both shook their heads and moved with a cry

One took off running, one made a jump

And thus both missed the moment, they wanted so long for

And a cycle repeats, until not one is left

They both left in pain

Unsure of what they left in the movements not taken.
