SPARKATALE OSCARS- Nomination Form
Here is the form to submit your nominations for the SparkATale Oscars. I will pull the results in one week's time and the top 5 nominations will be put into a new poll to decide the winner! There's only a few rules, and they are that you cannot nominate yourself or fill out the form more than once. Comment when you're done and please use the honor system!
