  • Fall of the Veil: Memories Under Water

I love it so far, the descriptions are very vivid and rich in detail, which gave me a good idea of what the world is like. The sense of memory loss and confusion is very real, and you've found a good way to explain a little of the background and history without it feeling like a lesson. There's plenty of intrigue and mystery that made me want to read more, I'm looking forward to the second chapter now! I did think that Dominic changed part way through, at first it seems like he cares and wants to help, but then he seems to get angry and a little resentful of the Princess. There's probably a reason for it that I'm not picking up on, but it seemed like a very quick flip in attitude.

Wow, just... wow! This was amazing, a brilliant blend of crime drama and ghost story. I absolutely loved the ending, a totally unexpected twist which I won't spoil here, you'll have to read it yourselves :)

This is a lovely story; I can totally sympathise with Ruth, and I like how you've portrayed the two witches. So many people write about witches as being completely good, or completely evil, but these two are kind of a little of both, which is far more believable :)
