Is the cover Sera by any chance? Just wondering. Already stated what I'd like improved, so aside from that, it was an enjoyable read.

I've only been with this story for two chapters but I think it is GREAT! Keep it up!

Man, Erilee has the worst luck ever. Lost and she broke some expensive statue? And wow, the cows in Belvar sound scary.

Your humor is unmatched, which makes people eat your writing up like they haven't seen food for the past three years. It'd be nice if later in the story (after Kaeron and Erilee have maybe fallen for each other, blah, blah), Erilee reunites with her tribe, and Kaeron punches her dad for what he did.

Keep up the good work, and Erilee, good luck on getting out of there!

Your descriptions were fantastically humerous; I haven't laughed this much in ages.

Poor Erilee (lovely name BTW). How could everyone just leave her like that? It touched my heart when she said "Friends?" And what are Viekrum?

So, in conclusion, my dear LIz, hurry up and update! >,<

Oh. My God. This is hilarious! There was a dirty sock in her mouth... *continues deranged laughing for several more minutes*

I cannot believe Erilee! Especially when Kaeron untied her nad she tried to escape. She's so cool; the tough, down-to-earth type with a great sense of sarcasm. More please!

Again, I adore the sisterly love between Lydia and Sera. I didn't expect Sera to actually punch Matt, and break his nose, but it was sweet, in its own way. Why was his blood purple? Does it have something to do with his Pearl?

Feli seems to be a turning point in the story; an Ark who can resist Lydia's Gift. But why was Lydia exhausted? Why didn't Sera use her Gift or shoot Feli?

Still a little confused, but this chapter was pretty good. There were a few mistakes here and there, which puzzled me for a few minutes.

    Update soon! :)

Sorry if I'm getting annoying but I have a tendency to review all the chapters of a story I read.

Anyway, excellent read. Matt sounds kind and serious; he would be perfect for Sera! (Just a suggestion >.<)

Also, I'd like to suggest you invest a few more chapters with some explanations.

Long explanations regarding the customs of your story world makes things more interesting and helps the reader understand the story and characters better. You could elaborate more on a few things; the Council, the war, Pearls, Gifts, etc.

I was a little confused by the second half of the chapter, where there were many mentions of Gifts and Pearls. It would help if you mentioned what 'Gift of the Shifter' or 'Gift of the Spirits' meant.

The first chapter did not fail to impress. I enjoyed Lydia and Sera's characters, and their sisterly way with each other is very endearing. Could you elaborate more on Lydia's Gift? What exactly is a Shadow Knight?

OK, it's just the prologue, but I am already loving this story. It's wondefully written; the descriptions are perfect and the emotions very realistic.
