Summary:
Book 1 in the Radioactive Equilibrium trilogy
Ashden (Ash) never talks about his family, and honestly, Zaylinn isn't sure he ever had one. He's been there for her all along, though, and she might as well admit it. She's falling for him.
Ianna has been living on the streets ever since she can remember. She's never had money, or a home. She says she likes it that way. She's also Zaylinn's best friend. But what happens when she seems to be falling for Ash as well?
At twelve years old, Greer is easily the smallest and youngest of the group. She's also one of the deadliest, and Zaylinn loves her like a sister.
Kaer's family was killed in an ' accident ', and he's out for revenge. He's sworn to himself he won't let that happen again, and he'll kill anyone who tries to mess with Ash or the girls.
Zaylinn (Zelle) ran away from home when she was thirteen, and she's been living on the streets ever since. She thought she was going to die until she found Ash. He's the only one who knows her real name. And she isn't sure she likes the new additions to their group, but she can live with it. Still, she sometimes wishes it was just her and Ash.
The five of them form an unlikely family, struggling to survive on the vicious streets of New Amsterdam. The threat of a nuclear bomb drives them out of the city and into the woods. It doesn't affect them much when the bomb goes off, taking most of civilization with it. They know how to survive. They always have. Right?

Nicely done! The writing was much better than many I've seen, and I do like your characters. My only qualm is a personal thing: the cussing is a bit much for me. I'll read the occasional word or two, but there seemed to be much more language than normal in here. Otherwise, I really did love it! Good job!

I loved the whole story. The ones about two friends liking each other are some of my favorites. It felt like reading a comic book. Please continue, you are doing a great job on this story.
