I love the sister-brother relationship between Travis and Catherine and I'm guessing they were talking about what the main character endured when Johnson showed up?

Once again this story has grabbed me by the hair and refuses to let go. I love this chapter for the fact that the main character is finally getting some fun in her life. Another great read. 

One other thing. I was wondering if you could supply a general description of the main character as I would like to have a go at drawing her. I don't promise it'll be very good but if it doesn't look like a complete failure I will definitely submit it up here.

Sure!  There are clues in the story, but you kind of have to search for them because I don't think I ever give a full description, just hints.  So, here's a description for you. ^-^

She's shorter (probably around 5'4") with shoulder length black hair, pale skin (though it's a little bit because she hasn't been allowed outside for so long, she is capable of tanning, though if you need a "race" she's Caucasian) and her eyes are a light, icy green rimmed in gray.  Due to her abuse, she's pretty scrawny (when she's first found she only weighs about 68 pounds, which is approximately 50 pounds underweight for someone her height) and covered in bruises, but she does eventually heal and fill out a bit.  She ends up a healthy weight, but still on the skinny side.  She's already past her "growing" stage, so she doesn't get any taller.  Eventually she gets her hair done at a salon and it's cut shorter (to get rid of the split ends) and is curled in just a bit to frame her face.

I am truly happy with this story and, though I wish I could erase it all from my mind so that I could go back and read it again and feel the same feelings of suspense and happiness and joy as I felt reading through the first time I am content with it how I have it.
