At the age of 9, I found out I preferred the female specimen of the men. Since then (until now (I am 14)), I have been open and bisexual. Is da best. Since every friend I have, I'll eventually think I like them. But whatever.

"Going home?" She asks, her jog turning into a slow walk as she nears me. I can see the few droplets of sweat sliding down her forehead. And judging from the sports bra, tank top and shorts she's wearing, she must've just come back from a run or an after-school club meeting or something. Not that it concerns me.
I nod. "Isn't that what a student has to do after finishing their daily academic classes?"
Her confident smile wavers slightly, before she turns away and chuckles. "True. But I just thought you'd have joined a club or something." Her eyes light up at this. "Speaking of which! About those forms-"
"I'll hand them in tomorrow." Actually, I won't. But whatever. ]]

Well, there is no reason you should believe that. The bruise on my lip just proves the violence thing is true. Vandalism? Well, we were pretty much caught tearing up the local store like there's no tomorrow. Public disturbance of peace most probably boiled down to the moment we started singing 'We Are Young' in front of Jesse's neighbor's home, and underage drinking... Well, that speaks for itself.
So, no. There is no reason why this officer should believe we're not guilty. ]]

I'm a young girl who loves nothing more than to sit and write and who has big dreams of her characters becoming famous. One day I'd love to be up there with all my other favorite authors, such as J. K. Rowling, Rick Riordan, Veronica Roth, James Patterson, and Kathy Reichs. My life literally revolves around my book, and I will do anything for the characters I've created, even if they're not real. I have such a connection with each and every one of them, and I feel as though they're all my best friends. Yes, that's a bit strange, but it doesn't matter to me. I love them and I can't wait for this series to go somewhere.
Of course, that doesn't mean I don't have time for anything else. I'm in my school's marching band, and I play piano. I'm a huge music person. I'm also very active in my church and a faithful Christian. I'm not very patient or outgoing, but give me a story to write and I can really express myself. My book is pretty much the only thing I have patience for.
I absolutely love getting feedback, and constructive criticism is the only thing that's going to help me become an author. I'd really love it if anyone could give me an idea of what they think of my writing and the story that I love so much.
That being said, Locked is still a work in progress. It is by no means a perfect story, or even really a good one. Some of the places could use some work, but most of it was written when I was a lot younger. I've matured as a writer since then, and I hope that my stories will get progressively better. Or at least, reach a stage where they could be considered good out in the real world.
Anyways, enough of me rambling on. I hope you all enjoy my book, and please tell me what you think!
Hello! I'm a melancholic/phlegmatic 16-year-old tenth grader who LOVES writing, reading, and watching movies. I'm also very fond of the Visual Arts (drawing, painting, etc.), but it's not my main focus. I love anime and manga, as well. I'm a shy and quiet girl at first, but I'm more than willing to reach out to people. :)
Salam! Just call me Salimah, or Frost. :3 I feel in love with literature when I was just ten years old, after being tutored in my native tongue and English, I became so interested in reading and writing my own little stories.
But, what I'm not reading I'll be doing my Photography. I love Photography! I usually do nature, animals, and people but sometimes I'll change it up when I have the chance! Other things I like to do include hiking, camping, track, cooking, and walking for charities along with donations to different causes!
I like to hang out around nature, sitting under trees and enjoying the weather. Except on days where it's raining and depressing outside, of course. Winter and the summer are my both my favorite times of the year! I love seeing the sparkling white snow being a blanket on the ground and the tree branchs, it's so beautiful!

Q:Why is your nickname Frost?
A: That's a simple answer, I love the snow! When I was just a little girl, I can remember drawing on the frost cold windows in my household and I would never get bored of creating different designs. People started to call me Frosty, or just Frost. :3

I'm just a high schooler who decided to make a SparkaTale account so other kids can tell me what they think of my very, VERY rough stories. I have lots, and I hardly ever finish them.
Anyway, my Grammar teacher told me last year that she thought I was a really good writer, so I wanted to share my work and improve.
