In consequence to our ignorance our world begins to
Die. Violence rages, lives are to the core rot, peace wanes.
Those who want to vanquish our possible dark end are slew.
We want to help, but the torture drives many insane.

I try to say, in order to change, to do something.
I am told to give up on the peaceful world I sought.
Our Earth worsens as I realize they will do nothing.
Emptiness comes over me, hear and spirit in a knot.

Our fate, in cause of our terrible actions, might be sealed.
Despair over the dying future is globally sent.
We create a false callousness so never feel,
Though underneath the cold we bleed as we sickly regret.

Their hole dies and the hatred begins to openly sear,
Though perhaps those were the exact words I’d needed to hear….
