I notice that you have managed to get indentations.  Can you explain how you did this?  I am so far unable to post an attractive presentation. --Lynn

I have no idea. All of the chapters are edited in the same way, but sometimes the indentation are there and sometimes there are not. I tried to find out why exacly, but I don't know either.

My inner scientist is very satisfied with this story :D I like how you took a semi-realistic approach to mermaids, especially when the scientific discovery part is emphasized. I really like the action in this chapter, I was holding my breath the whole time wondering what happens next. The main thing I can critique is I find the main character a bit bland, but maybe that's just me...

Interesting chapter. I'm curious as to why the mermaids are still following the, you'd think they'd give up after they'd left their territory, so they must have some reason behind it... At the end, when Sarah was saying about the engine failing again, I was thinking 'NO!!!! Don't jinx it!!!!" :P

I found the beginning of this chapter a little anti-climatic, I mean last chapter they were still running from the mermaids, and then this chapter it's kind of like 'oh, by the way, they escaped'. But other than that this chapter was really good. The ending was scary, I guess people show their true colours when faced with adversity >.<

Oh, and a typo I noticed: 'our names would be mentioned right next to Dawin' - I'm assuming it's meant to be Darwin :D

Holy trident of Neptun! I must say the chapter was very intense and the end got me like, Oh my God, what will happen now? as always the description of your scenes amazes me. keep up the good work and good luck with everything.

This is great so far.  I just love your usage of words and the way you describe things.  I can actually close my eyes and see everything happening.  Also, this is a very interesting idea.  I see that this is on hiatus, but I do hope you continue soon.  I knew as soon as I read the first two sentences that I'd be hooked.

        Thank you for the review.

As for future updates, the hiatus might last for a while longer - I'm busy with my main book Mystic Mirror and the sequel to it.

This is really good. I can't wait to read more. Is there an update coming in the near future?

Unfortunately, the story is on hiatus. Right now, I'm focusing on finishing the sequel to "Mystic Mirror", so I don't plan to write more chapters for "Hunt for Mermaids" anytime soon.
