Earth had became a place for humans and angels. Before long the angels began to lose their strength. In fear, they returned to the sky. The government went up to the sky demanding an answer for their departure. They were left to find the place was deserted, with the only proof of the angel's existence left in the foundation itself. Sixteen years later humanity now has given up finding information from the Ruin City in the Sky. In order to find their answers, they turned not to the sky but the ground below their feet for if the angels in 'heaven' were real surely the angels in 'hell' should be too. ~~ Art in the cover is not mine, credit goes to the artist.
