I'm a young girl who loves nothing more than to sit and write and who has big dreams of her characters becoming famous.  One day I'd love to be up there with all my other favorite authors, such as J. K. Rowling, Rick Riordan, Veronica Roth, James Patterson, and Kathy Reichs.  My life literally revolves around my book, and I will do anything for the characters I've created, even if they're not real.  I have such a connection with each and every one of them, and I feel as though they're all my best friends.  Yes, that's a bit strange, but it doesn't matter to me.  I love them and I can't wait for this series to go somewhere.

Of course, that doesn't mean I don't have time for anything else.  I'm in my school's marching band, and I play piano.  I'm a huge music person.  I'm also very active in my church and a faithful Christian.  I'm not very patient or outgoing, but give me a story to write and I can really express myself.  My book is pretty much the only thing I have patience for.

I absolutely love getting feedback, and constructive criticism is the only thing that's going to help me become an author.  I'd really love it if anyone could give me an idea of what they think of my writing and the story that I love so much.

That being said, Locked is still a work in progress.  It is by no means a perfect story, or even really a good one.  Some of the places could use some work, but most of it was written when I was a lot younger.  I've matured as a writer since then, and I hope that my stories will get progressively better.  Or at least, reach a stage where they could be considered good out in the real world.

Anyways, enough of me rambling on.  I hope you all enjoy my book, and please tell me what you think!
