Hello, internet people, first things first, my main characters aren't usually humans, they'll usually always include my fantasy creatures. I'll read human character books, but I don't like writing about them. I know people usually relate to human characters, but we don't read to relate to people. We read for the joy of reading. So taking that into fact, I won't always label my stories as fantasy. My mage creatures and half-breed penguins act similarly like humans so it'll sometimes have the other genres.
