So sorry for the late reply but thank you so much for your comment, I'm so glad you liked it.
Varients are humans with special abilities so transforming into an animal, being able to control an element, super speed, etc. Things like that. Just a unviersal word for them, it all gets explained in more detail as the chapters go on. And the idea behind the war is the majority of people think they have all been wiped out but obviously we know otherwise as Alex and Hunter exists so could there be more out there?
I'm hoping to get chapter 2 up soon, thanks again :)
