Buckle up little hand grenades

I'd use pink lines to serenade

we can flip the switch until we plug it in

three hours and she'd tell me where we'd been

Back then it all seemed right

but now I'm not the only one with no will to fight

I gave it all to the poison I tried to cope

with losing my hand grenade at the end of the rope

Seatbelts and hand grenades

what would you tell me if I asked for a grade

so different now then when we were together

It doesn't hurt now, but scars are forever.
