Light or darkness

Shining or blackness

Darkness has beauty

Not everyone see

Light has brightness

That knows no weakness

There are those who dwell in the daylight

And others whom roam under the moon’s beam at night

Where do I belong?

Am I light or darkness?

Shall I flow under the glows of the sun?

Or err under the clarity of the moon?

Do I have a choice to make?

Or do I already belong to one shade?

Light is gentle, light is sweet

But darkness is attractive, inviting

Darkness has a unique beauty

People think being part of darkness

Brings eternal sadness

Unlike the light

Which offers sweet delight

But they don’t know that darkness

Sometimes might shelter you in its calmness

There is no doubt

That obscurity also shines

And there is no deny

That my soul craves for the night

Where darkness wraps

Where it swallows, where it traps

Every piece of my soul

In order to make it whole
