When we first turned away from you, you yearned for us to return.
Some of us came back, many did not.
You have sent messengers to us calling us to return.
More of us came back, many did not.
You have sent your son to heal us
and he sacrificed himself for our sake.
Many of us came back, others did not.

My kinsperson had turned away from my family.
And by the yellow organ’s smelting my friend could have deceased.
I asked you for your aid and your son’s.
Through your friend, you have healed him
and brought my kinsperson home.
I shall seek and give thanks to you from that moment onward.

When our world had grown dark and corrupted, we have called to you.
The army had came to protect us from our enemies.
You were victorious against them and you were just
by throwing them into the sea of sulfurous pyre.

Now, we all praise you in the celestial city built by your hands.
For all sin, suffering, and death are no more.
For you, all-merciful and holy one, are the true king of all.
Let us sing psalms of adoration to you,
for our redemption and deliverance.

Let every being...
man and woman…
great and small…
human, beast, and alien…
of every species…
of every skin hue and background…
give you honor and glory.
May your reign in paradise be always peaceful.
And may all the universe bless your name
forever and for all eternity.

In the name of the father,
the son, and of the holy spirit.

Amen.
