**SPOILER ALERT** If you have not finished the game, collected all the memories, or otherwise don't want to spoil any details/events of the game, stop reading! This fic/novella takes the events that happened before the beginning of Breath of the Wild and puts them into novel form. It consists of all collected memories, in chronological order, and includes found diary entries as well, which have been put together along with original writing to bring to you a full account of the events before Link was put into the Shrine of Resurrection. Since there is a lot left for interpretation, this includes some of my own head canons, but I've tried to leave it open as well for your own interpretations.
