It is the year 2028 and the world has entered the stage of ‘eternal peace’ after years of war and America now rules over as the New World Republic. Its armies keep control of each new nation across the world and it has created a fierce, mostly secret and extremely dangerous ‘Black Ops’ organisation called Fear, keep control over its own cities while the corrupt Republic focuses its attention on the rest of the world. Suppressed citizens are beginning to fight back and a failed science experiment with a ruthless way of seeing the world could be the key to stopping the Rebel uprising or leading it.
