Do you remember as kid, wishing so desperately to go far far away, to go on adventure, to save the world? I remember as a kid wishing I could go catch Pokemon, or I would be partnered with a Digimon, or I would get chosen as a Power Ranger. I wanted to be Bilbo Baggins, where Gandalf showed up on my door and said we were going on an adventure. I wanted to be like Harry Potter who would get a letter whisking him off. I wanted, I wanted, yet when it came, it was not what I wanted. Adventure never calls when you are ready. Adventure is not something to be romanticized. This I have learned.
