Elliot is haunted by the past memory of his sister. Why? It is because he is the reason she is dead? Water keeps him prisoner as he remains in isolation from the world, hated by his parents and himself. After meeting a little girl named Nellie his life seems to change but soon his happiness disappears. He begins to fall in love with a girl but she grows out of his reach when he has to choose from his past and present. He must make a choice: the love of his life or saving Nellie from her abusive parents.
