Summary:
The life in Psioncia is somewhat good. No one is discriminated against. Talents can be found anywhere, as well as Tricks--people without Talents. But there are the Psyches--Talent individuals who use their powers for crime.
A young girl named Aerona Absentia was a Trick, but after undergoing a procedure, she is found to be a Chimera--a Talent individual with three or more powers. It wreaks havoc in her life. Will she be able to get it back in order, or will the power outage kill her before she has the chance?
