Summary:
Fifteen years old Kasnas Sel has always been fascinated with the Outer World, the homeland of dragons. After an unexpected attack on the Wizard's Tower in the New World, a chain of events is set in motion. A declaration of war between both species is soon announced under the influence of darkness. But good and evil are nothing more than a subjective perception of a sentient mind, as Kasnas fights for his life trying to understand which side he must be on, as the Arc Dragon Wizard - a wizard with blood ties to both races and has the ability to control all elements of nature.

It's nice to read a story with dragons that don't start out as invincible killing machines. The Outer World sounds interesting and can't wait to see what it's like.
