Cody and Cheyenne spend most of their days holed up in his room playing video games to avoid the tension of their separating parents. When Cody loses his voice to a strange monster in the forest by their ranch, little Cheyenne goes out to retrieve it and puts her life in its hands. If only their parents would stop fighting long enough to believe them, they might just survive.
