Waking up to see only a dark sky through my bedroom window, I notice it is only 5am. So I started to get ready for my day. Mostly all of my days consisted of waking up, going to school, getting stared at and then coming home and doing my homework. Today was not one of those days, it was special. It was wonderful. It was freedom. My pack will be moving away from humans to a village in the forest and with only a few humans, but there was another pack that we made alliances with. That pack is called The Blackened Moon.

We have to pack most of our things even though there is not much left because a group of rogues attacked the pack house and burnt it down. Of course as you would expect.

Looking around in my wardrobe for a nice outfit for today all most of my stuff is packed - well what's left - except some clothes and bathroom items, which I would be packing very soon. The life that I am leaving behind was good but one I’ll be entering will be better, much better. Not only am I the Alpha’s daughter but I have not yet found my mate, and I hope to find them at my new school, Black Forest High.

My parents think my mate is the Alpha’s son, but the only thing is that he is the popular guy at the school, and I will be the new girl, which in my case happens a lot. Due to me not likening my schools, could you tell I got an evil grin. Technically I don’t want to be the Black Forest’s Pack Luna, defiantly not. Luckily the Alpha’s son is at a camp that is only for the guys, so I will be with the girls. Great.

My life in this pack won’t be great, as I would always spend my time in the library. Only my pack looks up to me but the other pack will probably will look down at me. I’m the Alpha’s Daughter stuck in a miserable life. Our pack is called the Shinning Sun, it is kind of ironic the sun’s pack alliances with the moon’s pack.

Well in the sorts of thing my life will be changed forever.

“Honey are you finished getting ready because we will be leaving soon. And don’t forget we have to meet the Alpha’s family!” my mother screamed from down stairs.

Groaning at the thought of me meeting the Alpha’s son, the thought makes me irritated and just knowing I will be in the same pack as him sickened me. Looking back at my room before I shut my door for the last time, I only ever see now is my bed that I am leaving behind, two doors - which lead to my ensuite and my walk-in-wardrobe - and then a lone desk in the corner. My eyes start to well up and I finally shut the door.

Racing down the stairs towards my mother for the long drive ahead I place my stuff in the car and wait.

Driving through the never ending forest actually has been a calming aspect of my life. Watching all the luscious trees past by slowly but fast enough and then seeing and hearing the nature swallowing us and including the cute little forest animals. All my life has been revolving around being the perfect Alpha's daughter and then having a strong mind, personality too.

"We're here!" My little brother screamed very excitedly.

Groaning once again whilst looking out the window to then see the Alpha’s family, grinning. Strolling out of the car I carefully walked towards the family. Not caring that the Alpha's family is there my head just shoots up to my new home. The pack house here seems to be massive and made out of marble? I don't know but it seems so fancy.

“Ah, you’re here. So for the first couple of weeks until you find a house you will be placed on our side of the pack house that contains some of our guest rooms. John and Mary you will be staying next to our room, while your children will be in their own separate rooms close by.” Connor explained, our new Alpha.

After getting into our rooms and unpacking it was now dinner time and the table was set with amazing food, and the room was completely full and very noisy. Completing our meals, Jacob, the Alpha’s son, offered to show me around on Monday when school starts and also, conveniently, is my 18th birthday. One fact about werewolves and their mates is when they both turn 18 that’s when they recognise each other as mates. I just hope my mate is a good one.

“So how about the offer, of me showing you around.” Asks Jacob seductively.

Jacob was leaning against my door frame since his room was next door and his friend, which will be his beta he told me, on the other side of me. Great. Just what I wanted two guys that are the cool kids next to me.

“Hm how about no.” I said slamming the door in his face, whilst a smirk was pasted on my face.

Turning around in my new founded room, this new room is just plain for now. An evil grin planting on my face. My room just has a desk bed and two doors again which then lead to a walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite. But the one thing I like more about this room is that there is a huge book case filled with books and movies! Also I forgot to mention I got a freaking TV. I waltz over to my bed and just fall face first into it.

Lying on my bed when I hear a voice from outside my door and the voice is easily Jacob's.

“You know on Monday your sitting with me.”

Once I hear him leave I look at the time on my iPod Dock and it reads 9:00 pm, so late my wolf says and my eyes start to fall shut, when they shut I myself fall into a deep sleep.
