She falls in “love” at the first sight of him. She goes to school with him and sees him everyday, She has gone to school with him for 5 years. Each time she sees him she seems to fall deeper and deeper and deeper in “love”. She hates how she feels.  She has always liked him. He is tall, has brown hair, and has some acne, but it’s the kind that makes a boy look cute. Hi, I’m Bally; I’m 17, a junior at Wilmington high school in Wilmington Illinois, and welcome to my life.

One day I finely got enough courage to talk to Amory. He flirted a little with my friend May but at the time I didn’t notice. He gave May his number. He had a guilty look on his face then gave me his number. I couldn’t help but feel like he was just giving me his number because he felt really bad, but I didn’t care because he gave me his number! I text him that night and say “hey.” He says the same thing back. “What up?” after a while he didn’t text back. I got the feeling that he hates me. The next day he comes and sits by May and I at lunch. I was kind of hoping he would talk to me, but no he just talked to May the whole time. He said a few words to me but no more. That night I got a text, I didn’t look at first but then I thought what if it him! I looked and it was him! He said, “Hey do you know when you and May are going to hangout next?” I text back saying, “No why… jw?” He just says “well she’s not allowed to hangout with guys because of her parents, so I was jw if when you two hangout again then we can all hangout.” I felt like I had been stabbed in the stomach. The guy I liked and my best friend were using me just to see each other. May knew I liked him and he was the hottest guy in school. (As far as I knew.)

A few days later May asked if she could hangout with me. Without thinking I said “yah totally!” but when May got to my house she had said to get in the car were going somewhere. I got in the car and asked were we were going, May didn’t answer she just looked at me and her cheeks turned up, ear to ear. We got to a house “why are we here? Who’s house is this? How long are we staying here? What are you doing?” I asked, bursting with questions. May just looked at me with that silly grin on her face. Finely she said, “We are here to hangout with your Amory.”

“But he’s the hottest guy in school! How did you talk him into letting us come here? And I don’t think he likes me. He never texts me back! And how did you know where he lived?”

 “I though you liked him a lot? Why wouldn’t you want to come?” May said, “yah I do, but he doesn’t like me, you can tell.” I said annoyed, May looked at me with an annoyed look and finely said, “Ok well his friend is here. You can hangout with him.” I felt the knife go deeper. We both got out of the car, and went to the back door where we got to meet Amory’s friend Danny. He wasn’t that much taller than me and had short blond wavy hair. I though to myself he’s kind of cute. We all went in to the house, May and Amory sat on the love seat, so Danny and I sat on the coach. “Hey you guys want to watch a movie?” Amory asks “Yah! We should watch a scary movie with the lights out.” May says excitedly, she almost fell off the cough but Amory caught her.is it bad that I kind of wish she would have fell off? “Ok we will go see if my parents have any really scary movies.” May finishes his sentence “you two stay down here and we will be back.” May and Amory went up stairs. Danny and I awkwardly looked around. Danny finely said “So your Mays friend?” I giggled and said “Yah I guess I Am.” we both start to laugh. “So I have never seen you in school why is that?” Danny looked at me with one side of his mouth turning up and it kind of turned me on. I finely said while giggling, “I don’t now? I’m kind of invisible to the opposite sex” I had seen him in the halls a few times but I never really got a close up look of him. Now that we were face to face I might like him even more that I liked Amory. He continued “Well your such a pretty girl, so I don’t know why that is.” It took me a second to realize what he had just said, then I looked at him and he looked at me. I had such a ridiculous smile on my face. May and Amory finely came back downstairs with the movie and two bowls of popcorn. I was still staring at him. He was so beautiful. Like beautiful in a guy way. May looked at me and my silly grin “You ok Bally?”

“Yah, I’m fine.” I said snapping out of it.

As we all watched the movie May and Amory were cuddling and laughing on the very small love seat, and Danny and I sitting pretty far apart on the very bigger couch. While we watched the movie Danny kept scooting closer and closer. I didn’t mind because I mean come on who wouldn’t want a super cute boy getting closer to you? Each time I looked at him he got cuter and cuter. I didn’t quite understand but Then I came to realize that May and Amory were making-out on the couch! I quickly got up and yelled, “MAY!!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU??!!” I felt so sick, it felt like she was the one stabbing me the whole time and she just went all the way throw. The look on May’s face was dumbfounded. I walked over to May and slapped her as hard as I could and walked out the back door. It was really cold out but I didn’t care, I didn’t want to be in there with the girl that made-out with my crush. Like are you kidding me? Seriously she knew how much I liked him. After what seemed like an hour, May came out with a big hand mark and make-up running down her face.

“I’m sorry.”

“No your not! If you were you wouldn’t have done it!”

“I am, I’m really really sorry.”

I just glared in to the dark of the back yard. May walked inside and Danny came out.

“Wow what happened in there?” he asks chuckling, but I didn’t find it funny at all. I was really upset.

“Hey, you ok? I’m sorry I didn’t mean it like that”

“Yah. I’m fine.”

Danny hugged me; I could feel his body heat. It was nice, but then he walked inside. I could feel the places we were touching because it got really cold in those parts. I started thinking he was just like any other guy that when a girl says she’s fine they think its true, but a second later Danny walks out with a blanket. I was quite surprised that he came back out. I have never had a guy that has really liked me enough to bring me a blanket; I have always been dated for a bet or something like that. I had always though it was messed up for someone to do that, but I had always though I was ugly, so it just kind of made scence to me. The guys I liked never liked me back, the guys that I just want to be friends with just want to date me. I just don’t understand guys. I never knew what to do when a guy dumped me so I just got over it. Danny wrapped the blanket around me and just sat there with his arm around me, so I took the opportunity and laid my head on his shoulder. He smelt so good. It felt really nice for a guy to do this. We sat outside for a little bit then Danny asked, “Would you like to go somewhere? Like just me and you?” with a look of worry on his face. “Yah that would be great.” When I said that he got the biggest smile and the worry went away. “Ok I’m going to go grab my keys and tell Amory that we will be back in a little bit.” When he went inside I started to freak out and I got so many butterflies everywhere in my body. Danny came back out “My car is out front.” When we got in the car Danny looked at me and smiled, I looked up and when my eyes meant his I had no worry in the world. Danny stared to say something but then said never mind. “No what were you going to say?” I said with a censured look. “Well I was just going to ask if um…. “ He said very nervously, he looked very nervous so I got really close to his face and whispered in his ear “the answer is yes.” Then I kissed him. Danny kissed back; when we were done he looked really relived then said “whoa. That was something.” We both stared laughing. Then we started driving around then he said, “Where do you want to go?”

“Well I don’t know. Where you want to go?”

“I know where this grate place is.”

“Ok let’s go.”

After 20 minuets of driving we got to a place called rave mania. “What is this place?” Danny looked ant her and said with a big smile on his face “You’ll see.” They walk in and there are strobe lights going and people dancing everywhere. “You looked like you could use some fun tonight so lets go dance!” I looked at him and smiled. We make there way to the dance floor. I have never been to a club before so as we walked out to the dance floor I watched how the other girls danced. I noticed how they all grinded on guys. When they got to a clear part they started dancing, I started to dance with Danny when this other guy came over and asked to cut in with me. Danny said ok so I though it would be ok. I started dancing like as if I were with friends and the guy said, “Why do you dance like that?” I looked at him with a weird look and he says, “Oh No, you have never be to a club before have you?” I laughed “no.” then he tought me. It felt weird to dance like this but if this was how people were dancing then ok. The guy then said “Now go show your little boyfriend who’s having another girl grind on him.” He continues “Ok well I will go grab the girl while you sneak in next to your boy. Ok?”

I shook my head understanding then followed him over. He gabbed the girl and I shook in and start to grind on him. He looked surprised but we continue to dance. He wasn’t complaining, so I’m thinking ok he likes it. After a little bit we went to the bar all sweaty and got food and drinks. They talk about their life stories and their favorite things to do. When we were done eating we decided to go back to Amory’s house. We got out and went to the back door where we had first meant. I was about to open the door when Danny grabbed me and kissed me. When they walked in May and Amory were sleeping on the love seat where they were earlier. I took Danny phone and sat on the couch and put my number in it. “Hey what you doing with my phone?”  

“Nothing.” I said with a smile. He looked down at his phone as I was typing “Girlfriend<3” he looked up and smiled at me. I turned on a movie and I lied on the cough. Danny laded behind me with both arms around me, our legs intertwined. I fell asleep. I woke up in Danny’s arms. Wow I always want to wake up like this. I got the best felling ever. I looked over to where May and Amory were, but they are not there. I shook out of Danny’s arms without waking him up then walked up stairs to find May and Amory eating breakfast in the kitchen. “My parents went to work trip. They wont be home for a week.” He said. As I walked in to sit down he continued “Danny is going to be staying here the entire week if you want to stay to?” May interrupted “Yah and I could stay here as well.” I was confused so I said, “Your parents wont let you stay at a boys house fore a week, and better yet your not even allowed to be here.”

“Well if I tell my parents that I am staying at your house for the week then your parents are in charge of me, and your parents will allow it.”

“Well then we better go home first because we need close.” I said with a big smile. Once we got to home, my dad came out and started yelling for no reason. May and I just look at each other. My dad started to get in his truck but I ran up and said, “What is wrong? Why are you yelling?” he just looks at her with a very sad/mad expression.

“ Is it mom again?”

“ She keeps going on and on about how she fucking thinks I am cheating on her! IM NOT FUCKING CHEATING!

“ Well I guess if she don’t believe you then you need better?” He just looked at me with a blank face. “Well what do you expect me to say? She doesn’t believe you, you need better!” I had always been a dad’s girl, people always thought of me to be a mama’s girl but nope I was nothing as people thought me to be. My dad shut the truck door and drove off. We walked inside and May started to pack my cloths, I took over and May called her parents and asked if she could stay the whole week. “They said they would need to talk to your mom.” May said with a wry look.” May you know my mom she will always say yes to anything and not even know what she said yes to.” May smiled and put the phone up to her ear. “Ok I am going to give the phone to Bally’s mom.”

“Ok her mom better be ok with it or your going to be grounded when you get home. You need to stop inviting yourself to peoples houses, ok!”

“Yes mom ok hears America.”

“Hi, Abby. How have you been”

“Good, thanks for asking. Ok well May wants to stay the week. Is that ok?”

“Of cores, she is always welcome here.”

“Ok well will you put may back on?”

“May your mom want to talk to you.”

May walked in to the next room and talked to her mom while I packed my things in to a suitcase. I put in three of my fave short shorts that I wear for bed. I got a few old tees that wear for bed. Then got 1 pair of skinny jeans, and 2 pairs of short shorts. I put in 3 cute shirts that matched. I brought god knows how many pairs of cute panties and bras. May picked out a few these she liked from my closet. Then I started to think I don’t understand. Why would May do that to me, that’s just not her. Oh my god! What if May liked him first? Oh no. Well now she has the guy she likes and I have Danny. my cheeks turned up. “What you smiling about?” May asked with a little grin. “Nothing now hurries up so we can get to your house and pack.” May grabbed a pair of shoes, and then we left for her house. We took my car she if her parents drove by they wouldn’t suspect anything. We finely got to her house and went into her room, she puled a box out from underneath her bed. “What’s that?” I asked really confused. “Just some things we might need to party.” She opened the box and there was every type of clothing her mom and dad did not want her warring. We dug though it and found thing we wanted to let our boyfriends to see. May grabbed a cute pair of underwear that said, “spank me“ on the butt. I saw cute see throw purple lace underwear that matched the bra a was going to wear tomorrow. We grabbed a bunch of the inappropriate clothing and shoved it in a bag. I stole a few of her cute cloths. We said bye to her mom then went to Amory’s. On our way Danny started to call me so I had May answer it.

“Hello?”

“Hey were is Bally?”

“She is right here but she is driving so I can put you on speaker if you want?”

“Yes that would be great.”

“Ok you’re on.”

“So Amory and I were thinking about going to rave mania tonight. What do you girls think?”

“Um what is rave mania?”

“It’s a really fun place!” I said really excited

“Girls grab some neon close, beck tonight’s 80’s night ok.”

“Ok try.”

“WE NEED TO GO SHOPING!!” May said really excited. “Ok well I will go back home and get some.” I don’t like carrying hundreds with me. We got to my house and I ran inside really fast. “Hey what are you doing home so early?” mom said apprized. “I’m just grabbing some money mom.”

“Oh ok well have fun.”

“We will.” I yelled from my room. I ran out and we went to a thrift store. We spent and hour trying on crazy 80’s outfits. Danny called again asking when we were going to be to the house, I told them we would be there in an hour. We finely decided what to get. I wore a neon green shirt that showed some of my belly and came off my shoulder a little, so you could see the purple lace bra, and then I had some bright pink leggings, and a puffy neon yellow skirt, with knee high convers. May wore almost the same thing but different colors and no leggings so you could see her bright pink underwear. After we go our clothing we went and did our hair. We curled it like they did in the 80’s. we got to Amory’s house before the boys got back. “Soooo.” She said with a wink. “Sooo what?” I said with a confused look. “You and Danny.”

“Yeah, what about us?”

“well you two are cute. We all need to go on a dubble date.”

“well are we doing that tonight kind of?”

“yeah, but it isn’t double dating this is double dancing” she said with a giggle. “I guess that’s true.” I continued. “ Im need to ask you a question.”

“yesss, what is it?”
