Summary:
A man named Washington D. Thomas is a resident of an orphanage on Oklalos Island in the West Bay. At the age of 5, Thomas was abandoned by his father after eating the Kami-Kami no Mi. At the age of 17, he and his family are driven out of their home by the Navy. Only two members of that family survives the escape. They create the Peace Pirates. What’ll happen when they sets out on a journey to become the Pirate King?
