(Apologies for errors in genre, I didn't really know where to put it) This is a short 500-word story I wrote for a creative writing challenge, in which the theme was Utopia. The story essentially bases around an orphaned girl who works as a prostitute to earn money and support herself, and her utopia is what is shunned upon by all parents: her laptop. The story is meant to embody how you can't judge every person without knowing their history, and you can't criticize their every choice without knowing their reason. A person's idea of a perfect paradise bases around their reality and how they perceive it.
