SYNOPSIS:

Tina miraculously survives the attempted murder on her and is kidnapped by Alan, after he's set up. Someone is accidently killed trying to intervene. The Governors murder appears to have a connection to the Underground Organization, Cosmos. Otto is cleared of murder. Emma realizes Chris's intent.
