SYNOPSIS:

Billy on the edge of suicide, is visited by a Guardian Angel, called Clarence. Clarence shows Billy a Parallel World, if he had never been born. People past, present and still alive, are shown during his fantasy journey. Did Billy have a better or worse impact being alive?
