However, was vindicated, even though the murder is still unsolved. Harry forgave Tina for giving Scarlett up for adoption. Jill Flanders threatened to destroy their marriage, due to falsely claiming, her and Harry had an affair and tried to murder Tina. Harry has yet to confess to Tina, Jack, was in fact his real son, after he slept with Carla in the late 1980's. Jacks kidnap and the custody battle for Frank has taken it's toll.

Tina's actions could finally be a nail in their marriage, that neither wants to end. Harry's at a catch 22. He's loves Tina and wants her more than ever and misses her. However, she's betrayed him, in the most cruelest way, since he lost his parents. Is there a way back for this love story?

INT. WTC - NORTH TOWER. 92ND FLOOR - TINA WILSON.
Still staring out of the window, deep in thought.

SUDDENLY, TINA'S BUZZER RINGS OUT ON HER PHONE.
Tina turns away from the window and presses the intercom.

TINA
Yes, Mia?

Her secretaries voice sounds over the intercom.

MIA
There's a James Fletcher here to see you.
He doesn't have an appointment though.
(O.S.)

Tina smiles, in realization and surprise, that it's her former manager from Broadway. She is delighted.

TINA
No, that's OK Mia, show him in.

Tina walks round the desk and buttons her coat up, as she proceeds towards her office door. The office door opens.

INT. MIA.
A Twenty Five Year Old Blonde lady, enters, wearing a white dress and white pearls. She moves to the side and greets Tina and allows James to enter.

INT. JAMES FLETCHER.
A tall attractive Thirty Six Year Old, with Brown eyes, dressed in a blue suit, enters the office. He gleefully walks into Tina's office and holds his arms open for an embrace.

JAMES
Hey, Miss pretty.

Tina is delighted to see a familiar face.

TINA
James. What a surprise.
When did you get back?

James kisses Tina on the cheek and they hug tightly for a few moments.

JAMES
Yesterday.
(He pulls back and holds his hands on Tina's shoulder)
You look great.

TINA
Your not bad a dish yourself.

James appreciates Tina's compliment. Tina glances to Mia in acknowledgement, for showing James into the office.

TINA
Thanks Mia
(Tina in quick thought, to James)
Oh, do you want a coffee or something?

JAMES
I'm fine thanks.

TINA
You sure?

JAMES
Yeah, positive.

Tina holds her arm out, towards the chair facing the Window.

TINA
Why, don't you sit down.
(to James)
(Then glances to Mia in appreciation)
That'll be all Mia, thank you.

Mia nods and smiles, before exiting the office and closing the door behind her. James sits down opposite Tina's , as Tina's sits across from him at her window seat. Tina feels relaxed, that an old friend, has come to visit her.

TINA
I heard your show in Europe, was a success.

James clasps his hands together.

JAMES
I do my best.

TINA
From what the Critics suggest, it was a perfect love story, that would make Cinematic sex scenes less interesting.

JAMES
You missed a great opportunity there young lady.

Tina raises her eyebrows, but sees the funny side, as she senses James is teasing her.

TINA
Meaning?

JAMES
I just thought that you would have had it in you, to show a more physical romantic side to you in that kind of acting. You always showed trueness in how you performed. I'm not insinuating anything of sorts and I would have never asked about your personal life, but I got the feeling, that your love for Harry, was the strongest love I know.

James words, now to seem to have a different perspective from Tina's Point Of View on the conversation. James is unaware of Harry and Tina's separation. Tina seems to feel a little uneasy again, as she has reminded herself, being Romantic hasn't been on the agenda for the last six months.

TINA
James, there's something I haven't told you, since our last conversation.
(Tina puffs her cheeks)
Harry and I are separated.

James face turns to awkwardness and feels a little embarrassed.

JAMES
Oh shit - Tina I'm sorry.
I didn't mean..

Tina interrupts, assuring him, his words, shouldn't be punished, because he felt her marriage inspired James to base a sexual play on their marriage.

TINA
It's fine. I'm rather flattered.

JAMES
I hope it's nothing serious.

Tina takes a moment, to gather her thoughts. She doesn't intend to give too much information away.

TINA
Lets just say, it's complicated.

James accepts Tina's brief, depiction of her break up. He leans back in the chair and taps the bars on each side, thinking of how quickly to change the conversation.

JAMES
Say, how's that boy of yours? Frank isn't it?

James assumes Frank, is still in the custody of Harry and Tina. Tina again is reluctant to tell James about her nephews status and that he's now living in San Francisco, with Helen and Greg.

TINA
 He's great. Thanks.

James tries to be supportive.

JAMES
You must really miss Jack - a lot too?

TINA
Every day.

JAMES
How long's it been now?

TINA
About a year and a half.

James briefly looks around Tina's office.

JAMES
And now, you're running your father's company.

TINA
And legitimately.

James laughs at Tina's sarcasm.

JAMES
I bet your Daddy's clients were thrilled, when you set the record straight on that.

TINA
Well, I didn't sleep with them to meet their approval. Although, having the now deceased Romano Crocetti's sharks on side, does have it's benefits. My Daddy can now live happily ever after with my mother, knowing his baby girl, can now give as good as she gets.
(jokes)

JAMES
You can always come back to Broadway.

Tina rolls her eyes, sensing the real reason James came to visit her.

TINA
And that's the real reason, you came here.

James holds his hands up, pleading his innocence.

JAMES
Tina. I'm not asking you to give this up. I'm sure your father, left you his business, because you are a very capable woman. But, you are multi talented.

Tina shrugs, somewhat negatively. She shakes her head with denial.

TINA
I don't know. Being in the spotlight again. Some of the media have already got wind of Harry and I's separation.

JAMES
And it would look like you've already moved on?

TINA
I haven't.  And I don't think I ever will.
I love him.

James smirks with comfort

JAMES
Well, you know, where to find me, if you ever change your mind. Taking over fathers business and working on top of the World in in a cosy office, sounds great. But, your acting, brings out the true you Tina. You are for real.

Tina sighs, looking down hearted, but still soft hearted towards her companion.

TINA
I don't feel real right now. Thanks James, but I need to take a back seat from Theatre for now.
....Only for now.
