Prologue:
"General! We are going to lose this war!" yelled the commander.
"No! We can't! If they win, it's the end of North America!" the general yelled back.
"But Sir, we have too many wounded soldiers. Their weapons are just too advanced for us. I advice you to tell our remaining forces to retreat before there aren't any more forces to receive your command. We have no chance against the Russians anymore," said the commander.
"No, Commander Lucas. We still have one more chance," the general was hesitant.
"General, you don't mean-"
"Yes. I mean we need to bring in… The Shadow Squad," interrupted the general.
"But sir! That's absurd! You know Doctor McCarther failed to complete them!" objected Commander Lucas.
"I know. But we have no other choice. They still have the abilities the Doctor gave them."
"Yes, but if we awaken their powers, they could go out of control! They could turn against us!"
"Did you think I didn't think of this before!? Of course I've thought this through. I just hoped that we wouldn't have to use them," the general responded.
"I understand, sir. They are our last hope. However, we have one more problem. They don't know how to fight or use their abilities," said the commander.
"I realized that. If we work hard it'll take around two months to prepare them. Do you think we can hold up until then?" asked the general.
"Yes Sir. I can call for extra reinforcements."
"Okay, now bring our special forces here."
"Yes, Sir!" Commander Lucas saluted, before running in the opposite direction.
During Lucas's absence, the general pulled up a secret file on his computer. It was labeled The Shadow Squad.
"I've returned with the special forces, Sir!" Lucas saluted, as a group of black-clothed people marched into the room.
"Wonderful. Commander Rock, step forward," the general ordered, as a middle-aged man walked towards him.
"I want you to bring the Shadow Squad to me," he ordered.
"Uh, yes, sir. How, sir?" the commander responded, caught off guard by the command.
"By finding them, and taking them! Simple!" responded the general.
"Uh, but sir. They were lost, remember?" the commander argued.
"I know, but they are still close to here. They all miraculously ended up in the same city; this city," responded the general.
"Understood, sir. I will have my men find their specific locations and take them at all costs," responded the commander.
"Okay, first, you'll get Hayden Liore. He's one of our strongest. You'll need to assign two of your strongest people to get him. Tell them to find him, get him alone and explain the situation. He will agree, and if, for some reason, he doesn't, take him forcefully," ordered the general.
"Yes, sir. C.4 and F.5, go," Commander Rock ordered two men behind him, who turned and ran to get the job done.
"Next is Shane Peterson. He won't come willingly. I say, put two people on him," said the general.
"Yes, Sir. That's your job, D.9 and X.7!" he replied.
"Then, go for Heather Jane. She won't come willingly, and she's a fighter. Put three to four people on her."
"Z.9, R.6, and M.2."
"After that is Aaron Luceal. He's a weakling, so put two people on him. He won't come willingly either."
"Yes, sir. T.1 and G.8."
"Then get Naomi Piper. She won't come willingly, and she's a loud handful, so make sure they quiet her down. Put three people on her."
The commander nodded, "H.2, S.8, and Z.5"
"Oh, this next one's going to be an issue. This is Dylan Storm. He's the one who remembers, so he'll be on edge. Not only that, but the doctor was able to turn him into an Elite 5. But the experiment went a little wrong, so he'll take quite a bit of work. Plus, he's very strong, and he most defiantly won't come willingly. I say put six of your strongest people on him."
"R.2, T.8, H.1, A.1, V.9, and L.3."
"Then there's Aubrey Opal. Just threaten her by putting her family in danger. She'll take no more than three people."
"N.2, Y.8, and J.5."
"Next, ah. One of my favorites, Ember Mist. Just offer her some money and she's ours. Most likely she'll come willingly, but just in case, put two of your best on her."
"Yes, sir. Q.1 and O.7."
"Then, there's Damien Fredrick. He's not going to go anywhere unless you threaten his life. Just put two men on him, and point a gun at him. He'll come."
"Go D.3 and G.4."
"Last but not least, put two people on Bella Detoria. She won't come willingly, but she's weak, so it should be easy to get her. That's it, now go. Bring them all to room 400," the commander gestured Commander Rock away.
"H.9 and O.1, get Bella," he commanded. "I'm expecting them all by tomorrow night."
"But, sir. Don't you think they'll have trouble. It's already 2100 hours "(9:00 p.m.)" right now-"
"Did I ask you to speak!? No! So shut up and go help prepare the weapons for the Shadow Squad!" Commander Rock yelled, and added "We're going to need a lot of weapons if we're going to get them completely trained for war in two months."
