I'm a gamer, a vlogger, and a writer. I am also working on making my own visual novel game (though still in very early stages of that.)     Your writing is very descriptive, and the dialog is very consistent with the time period. It is a very immersive story. It reminds me of role play I used to do of this era (sort of, there was more fantasy mixed in). All together, this story (so far) is very well-written.
