Review Exchange [Potentially Ongoing]
I'm requesting review trades with anyone willing to offer helpful constructive criticism. Or if you're just wanting reviews/reads I'd be happy to help, in exchange for the same thing. If you're wanting to trade constructive criticism: I usually format my CC by covering at least two topics [of the following: Opening; Ending; Scene; Dialoge; Characters; Relationships; Writing; Spelling/Grammar; Enjoyment; Plot; Pace; Setting; Techniques] at about two sentences a piece. My CC's are usually very long. I don't sugarcoat, but I'm not a jerk about it either. If you're wanting to trade reviews: My reviews get lengthy too, but usually run around 100 to 150 words or longer. Normally, I'll tell you two things I liked and two things I didn't like (if applicable). If I review your story with a large paragraph and you give me a small sentence I'll request the exchange end. I plan on putting effort in my reviews/cc to other people for this exchange, so I expect the same. Thanks for considering, Goss

I may be interested in your offer since I am also in need of reviews myself. I wouldn't mind at all to read and review your stories if you would do the same for mine. My constructive criticism will most likely be like yours: honest, but not mean. However, I will definitely point out things that you may or may not want to change, so it is up to you to decide whether to listen to my opinions of your work. That being said, I am not experienced enough in critiques so there is not much of a structure that I use, but I will try to address up to three things: what I liked, what I think needs improvement, what I'd want to see more of. Of course, this is easily subject to change and I will try to review as much as possible. Please send me a message if you would like to review trade with me.
