Sparkatale

A new plugin has been added to the footer which translates SparkaTale to the users desired language. Once a language has been selected by the user, all subsequent pages will be auto-translated to that language. The plugin displays the translated text without reloading or redirecting users from the page, allowing them to seamlessly browse through SparkaTale in their chosen language.
