Most Hated Cliches
Every genre and trope has their shares of cliches. What's everyone else's? And how can we help shake them up? One for me is that haunted house trope, where it seems like everyone but the Father sees what's going on and wants to do the sensible thing and leave or solve the mystery. Maybe we can make it that one of the children hasn't seen the ghost and doesn't believe everyone, or something.
