Awakening

She is beutiful, after so many long years of trying to clone the perfect women, I have succeded.

Her eyes the purest silver, her skin as pail as alabaster, her hair as brown as the earth, her face flawless.

She was bound in her tank, no bellybutton was on her abdomen.

"Hello, it's your birthday." I say, as the liquid in her tube drained away.

The glass arouse, as she coughed up the blue liquid.

She looked up at me, she looks scarred.

"Who... who are you?" She asked, her fear was obvious.

A held out my hand."I am a friend, let me help you up."

Growth

As the days went on, I taught the clone.

I gave her cloths, a red sweater, a black skirt, and black boots.

I named her Seraph.

We played together.

We became friends.

Then one day, she asked me why she had no belly button like I do.

With regret, I told her the truth.

She was a clone.

3: Revelation
Revelation

She asked me what a clone was, I told Seraph.

A clone is a genetic replica of a person.

She asked me who she was a clone of, and why she was created.

And I explained, she was cloned from the genes of rouphly twenty diferent women.

The primary templete was... a girl I knew long ago, she died.

The other reason was, I was alone, and needed companionship.

She... the girl Seraph was cloned from, was the only person I ever trusted.

But as the years went on, it drove me mad.

4: Exile
Exile

One day, Seraph left, I do not understand.

She left a note, it said that she wanted to see the outside world.

I do not know if this is because of what I told, of her being a clone.

Or of some other reason, I am worried for her.

Fortunatly I gave her a genetic tracker, in case somthing like this were to happen.

Several days later, I found her.

Seraph was in prison, I asked why.

They said they thought she was an identify theif, I explained.

They let her go, she asked what she had done wrong.

I told her, it was the way of man to be foolish and make mistakes.

What I told her was not to comfert her rattled mind.

It was the truth.

5: Warrior
Warrior

When we got back home, Seraph asked somthing.

She asked me if all humans were as foolish as the ones that wrongly incarcerated her.

I told her that some were even worse then that.

That some humans would kill one another over the most insobstantial of reasons.

Material possesstions, resources, there was nothing man wouldn't kill one another for.

She was shocked by my words, and I do not blame her.

Up untill now she had only ever known the inside of my lab.

Where I have hidden, disgusted by humanities ever perpetual hubris.

Seraph made a promise to me, that she would make the world a beter place.

I asked her how, she told me that we should make more cloning pods, like the one she was created in.

When I was done, she said that we should create more clones, they would be modified from her perfect genes, and from me.

When they were done, twenty clones of us both, she said that we were to get into stasis pods.

She said that, when the time was right, the clones, or their decendents which ever would come first would awaken us both.

I am not sure if I understand her, but we agreed on her plan, we both entered the chamber, and the clones seeled us in.

6: Imperious
Imperious

When we were awoken, a clone stood before us.

The clone said that it had been a thousand years since we were put in the stasis pod.

At last, Seraph explained what her plan was.

Our clones, had taken over the world.

The clone explained that they had created a utopia, but that it cost a great deal.

The clones had intentionally cauesed wars that lasted for centuries.

Earth, as it is now is only barley habitable.

The clone who awoke us, FC-991012 I believe, said that the last humans on Earth lived in domed cities under their rule.

A rule that was to be transfered to me and Seraph.

I asked her if this was what she had planed, she said yes, but that she had hoped that the clones would unite the world peacefully.

FC-991012 said that I was now Emporer of humanity, and that they had the technology to make me, and Seraph imortal.

There was no negotiation on this.

Our minds were transfered into cloned bodies.

I never wanted power over anybody, I only wanted to live in peace.

7: Restoration
Restoration

I never wanted power, I only ever wanted was to live and be happy.

So over the years both me and Seraph had been developing time travel.

Two-hundred years had passed before it was done.

Our mission, keep Ophelia from dying.

We succeded... and the future was made a beter place.

One where, while I still held dominion over man, it was not over a dystopian wasteland.

Seraph was now a bodyguard in this future, and Ophelia was my Empress.

This... this was the world I thought it was when I was a child.

The world Seraph thought she was making when she made the clones and froze us both.

The world that Ophelias death denied.
