Chapter 1

So…this is my first story…. ya…Hope you enjoy it. XD

Chapter 1 –

She watched the city burning in flames. For some reason it didn’t faze her at all. Watching fire at its peak; it was beautiful. Yet, the screams of the villagers ruined the moment. Cassandra growled softly to herself as she entered her castle once again, staring at her beloved and the King of the Land, Dante.

A smirk appeared on her thin pale lips, as he continued to ogle at her. “What?” She merely said.

“Nothing, love, I just find it amusing how the destruction of my city is a lovely site for your eyes.” His reply was drenched with sarcasm, before a snort came out of his nose.

“Come now darling, fire is a blessing from the Gods.” She mocked, before she chuckled.

Who would have thought, Cassandra…the daughter of Daved, Bastard Son of Satan and his Right Hand, would have ended up spending her life on this wretched planet. It made her feel sick…even to this day. Being wrongly accused for an incident she never committed… and today was the day every single one of them was going to pay. She was going to take control of this place, and make it her own Hell.

Dante wrapped his arms around her tiny waist, his long black hair tickling the back of her neck, while his soft lips were placed against her neck.  She actually enjoyed this little cuddly part of him, along with his sadistic attitude. The day she met him in the marketplace and heard about his plans of taking over Hell and Heaven, it made her mouth water. The power…she could already taste it. Two demonic creatures of Hell, causing chaos wherever they went, oh this was better than a party.

As if he read her thoughts, the tall male laughed, nipping her ear. “You have an evil mind, my darling.” His knuckles caressed her cheek.

“Oh I know…isn’t that how we met, Dante? Our evil minds decided to create a plan of chaos for all the worlds.” Her smirk widened.

“I suppose, but at the same time I was hoping that my charm also lured you into my grasps…” He growled into her ear lustfully.

Cassandra closed her eyes. Being a demon, she understood his needs for her in bed, but she moved herself from his grasp. “Now, now, my pet, you need to wait…I’m busy enjoying the site.”

The twenty-year-old male growled. “No fair- you can enjoy your precious time with me, but yet you insist on watching the fire!”

The female laughed, and it was a dark one. “You won’t understand! This fire is purely made for me to watch! THIS IS THE PERFECT BEGINNING TO MY REVENGE!”

Without knowing, Cass fell on the floor. It was the weirdest feeling. One minute she was laughing hysterically, the next she felt the cold floor against her cheek. Her whole body felt completely paralyzed. With a growl, she looked up at Dante, his lips turning into a full fledge smirk.

“I’m sorry love…but at the same time, this is my Kingdom…not your play thing, as long as I rule, you will follow what I have to say.”

Cass growled. “Wh-What the hell?”

He laughed darkly. “Trust me…you don’t want to know what I used on you.”

Before long, everything went black…and silent.

I’m so sorry. This chapter was pretty short, but I wanted you guys to get some sort of taste of the story before I decide to pursue it any further, so please do leave comments, concerns, and reviews. Also - throws confetti at you all and disappears-

2: Chapter 2
Chapter 2

So!! I have been told to continue this lovely story that I’ve developed, and that’s exactly what I intend on doing. One thing that I would like to mention is that, being a sophomore I have a bunch of HW on my plate, but I shall try to write more frequently for my followers…or lack of them, lmfao.

Chapter 2 –

She woke up, feeling a bit hung over, as if she had too much wine the night before along with having a fun time in bed; yet she knew that wasn’t the case. There was no wine involved, nor was there any sex involved. This was purely a sign of betrayal on his part…and she bloody well trusted him.

Cassandra couldn’t help it. A smile appeared on her face. Dante wasn’t as dumb as she thought of him to be, and that made her like him even more than she had before. He knew that having her hostage in this small and damp dungeon, he would be able to take full fledge advantage of her. He missed one part though. He missed the fact that she was ten times smarter than him, and she could piece things in a matter of seconds.

Getting up from the cold ground, she dusted her dress off, before looking at the metal bars that kept her contained in this small place. She heard his steps from far off, and a snort came out of her nose, before she straightened herself and crossed her arms over her chest, trying to look menacing in front of him. Of course, she knew that it wouldn’t work. Dante was a man of six feet and five inches, with an evil and sadistic look on his face. Half his hair had been shaven off and an inked tattoo had been plastered on top of that bald side. It looked good on him, especially since his hair was long enough to carry it.

His brown eyes showed no fear nor did they show any sympathy or love. They showed anger, rage, fury, and the lust for blood spilled on the marble floors of his throne room.  In many cases, Cass was like him. She loved the site of blood and she had plenty of anger to destroy the world, forget a kingdom, but the difference between the two was that Dante could curtail his anger into energy which made him an excellent mastermind of attack and conquer, while Cass’ anger would lead her into battle and coming out on the winning side, but she would end up leaving the conquered land in a demolished state, that would no longer be any use.

Yet, the two of them together, they had the ability to make armies of demons and ghouls, and to convince the best of fighters to join their side of evil. That always made her happy. In fact, it made her jubilant. A new excitement churned in her stomach. The excitement of finally getting what she wanted.

Her thoughts were rudely interrupted the minute she heard the metal bars opening. Her eyes fell on her lovers face, and then back on the ground. Frankly, she didn’t know if she was upset over poisoning her or if she was delighted that he grew some balls. Even so, she didn’t take betrayal lightly, and she wouldn’t let him go without knowing whom the hell he was dealing with.

“Now, don’t be all pouty, my doll…you brought this on yourself. Losing your mind won’t bring the revenge you want so badly.” Dante smirked, leaning against one of the bars.

Cassidy’s eyes turned onyx and before he knew it, a shadow like spear was inches away from his face. “Don’t worry doll. I’m not angry at all. This actually helped me learn where your loyalty lies.”

Dante’s eyes turned into a very dark red. The color of crimson, as if pools of blood had stained them, the minute the shadow came into play, Dante broke her grip on it, allowing the shadow to disperse itself and crawl back into the corners:

“Don’t push me around, Cassandra. In the end, you’re going to be the one bleeding, while I walk away unharmed.” He growled at her, showing his sharp fangs.

“PUSH YOU AROUND!” A dark demonic voice boomed from within her, making the entire room shake. “YOU WERE THE ONE WHO DECIDED TO POISON ME AND YOU SAY I PUSH YOU AROUND!”

Dante fell to the ground, before his demonic voice boomed as well. “I WILL NOT WORK WITH A CHILDISH BEAST! YOU WILL OBEY MY ORDERS OR YOU WILL BE BURNED AT THE STAKE!”

Cass’ breath stopped for a moment. She felt as if he was choking her without even moving a hand. Her eyes went back to normal, before she went silent. The bloody bastard! He wanted to go against her every wish and continue his own way. The worst part: he wanted her to go along as well!

He slowly got up, walking over to her. That dark and smug smirk appearing on his lips once again as he pushed her against the wall. His armored chest had closed the space between them, before he brought one of her legs to his waist. His tongue slowly started to stroke her neck, as he felt her hand grabbing the back of hair tightly. This just urged him to tease her even more.

His lips smashed with hers, his tongue teasing her bottom lip, while his hands moved from her shoulders and down to her rear, giving her boost to wrap both her legs around him, which (of course) she did.  He removed his lips away from her, before moving down her neck, and then back up her jaw.

Her moans made him want her even more, but deep down inside, Dante knew that he couldn’t allow himself to submit, otherwise that would give her the power of taking over his plans of war. He quickly dropped her, before whispering in her ear:

“Don’t ever yell at me again, and don’t ever put my kingdom on fire. If you decide to go insane on me one more time, I will take you down. For good.”

That didn’t seem to intimidate her, because the next thing he knew: her eyes were back to being black, and as if she gained the strength of bull, a wave of power came his way, and his back hit the metal bars, leaving a dent. Growling in pain, he looked up at her, and for once she was able to wear that smug smirk of his. Getting on her knees, she merely said:

“Don’t threaten me if you don’t want to end up dead.”

With that, she got up and left the prison cell, leaving him to wonder.

Thank you for finishing the chapter! I hope it was longer and better this time. I know that there should be some editing done to this chapter (which I will do, later on) but I wanted you guys to get a new understanding of who Dante and Cassidy were and how they want to see each other dead. Any who, please leave comments, concerns, and reviews and tell me what you thought!
