Summary:
When Folco is sent home from school, he expects trouble. Instead, he learns the Dremeadow Council has voted to disband and end the struggling republic. The system of government is to be replaced with a monarchy. What does this have to do with Folco? Everything. Dremeadow's first king is to be former Council member Hrothgar Foxtrot.
