Five friends from a regular neighborhood, in a regular city, in a regular world find a mysterious book at their local library. Little do they know that this book is full of dangerous magical spells that can transport them to many different ‘Otherworlds’. Accidentally, Teruko brushes a page with his hand, triggers a spell, and teleports himself and his friends to another world called Ryugujo, where dragons and magic exist. However, the book cannot travel with them to Ryugujo. They are eternally stuck. Or are they? Akira, the annoying boy next door to Sayakae, finds this book, and with evil intentions, he teleports himself to Ryugujo. Akira quickly gains power and poses a very big threat to the five heroes. They must learn magic and befriend special creatures in order to defeat the evil Akira and save Ryugujo. Can they save Ryugujo in time? Or will Akira destroy their newfound world?
