Arun is a cop in a jungle town short on pavement. He's got problems piling up and answers growing thin. A woman torn to shreds, a UN investigator missing, a militia setting up camp across the river. When war breaks out, his daughter is kidnapped in the turmoil. He sets out to find her, carving through slums and gangs and crooked politicians with a gun and a waning sense of humanity.
