Summary:
The worst part about being in a Cinderella story? When you're not Cinderella. When you're the fairy godmother who everybody assumes gets her happy ending when Cinderella marries the prince... even though you happen to be in love with him, yourself.
Cinnamon Shay thinks she's landed the job of a lifetime, getting paid to do girls' hair-one of which, will end up being the new queen of the country-and she gets great publicity with it as well. Not to mention, she gets to spend an entire month living in luxury for free with her best friends. However, she finds out that being one of the only girls in the palace who aren't allowed to dance all night with the prince can end up getting a bit... upsetting.
Because it was sometime after midnight that Prince Charming and the Fairy Godmother fell in love.
