They Don't Understand by Elsie Chen In Progress
The 'Normal' people. They ridicule us. They think the Internet does nothing for us. That our Internet friends don't count, they don't mean anything. That's stupid. Of course it means something. Inspired by an artwork by tissine on tumblr. Angst, implied self-harm, happy ending.

Jas' Collection of Unrelated Short Stories by Jonathan Jas In Progress
A collection of selected short stories I have written and revised. Most are unrelated to each other, and almost all have a hidden meaning. Or perhaps several hidden meanings. Sometimes, there may be a story that has no meaning in society or the world at all, and it was leisurely written. These stories have been revised from their original content that I've already posted on a few other writers' sites, such as FictionPress. There are two categories of stories in here: the unrelated stories and the "A" stories. The "A" stories go by the start of "A Short..." or "A Dialogue...", etc., and those stories are the only ones so far that connect *somehow*. Have a good reading.

Serealities.com Love Spells by L. Casebeer, Episode 30 by Serealities Serials In Progress
In the previous episode… Still at the breakfast table with the baby in her lap, Angelique could feel Cynthia Ann’s words burn into her skin as if she were being branded. Episode 30 Cynthia Ann continued, “Just let him show his face here and see what happens next. Murderers and rapists from the internet! You hear it all the time. And you give them my address?” “But some of them are guys I like. It’s how I met Andrew and Chuck…” Angelique began, but as soon as the words escaped her lips, she knew she should have kept quiet. She knew what was coming next. “And look where that got you. Those so-called religious boys in the cabin on the lake wanted a prostitute and they got one. Then there’s Chuck, and look where knowing Chuck landed you.” Cynthia was shouting. The baby’s eyes popped as he clung to Angelique’s nipple instead of crying. Tears started to run down Angelique’s cheeks again. Cynthia’s voice softened, “I know your hormones are all over the place after the baby. But you can’t be a good mother doing that kind of stuff. Who knows if they would kill a baby to get to you, or kill you both.” Angelique let out a sob. “But how am I going to meet anybody? I want him to have a father and Chuck’s gone. I don’t think he is coming back. I used to think so.” “Two weeks,” Cynthia’s voice rose again. “Two weeks since that baby was born and you’re looking for sex. And a father for the baby. Child, you don’t know much about life and you wouldn’t listen if I tried to teach you. I guess you’re going to have to make your own mistakes. Everybody does. But I am going to tell you this again. If you keep talking to these men on the internet and giving them my address, they are going to have to take what they get when they show up here, and it won’t be pretty.” Angelique just looked at her and thought about what she had seen in the barn. Mason jars of dried herbs and bird feathers, other things she couldn’t identify. But hanging on the wall a big hatchet. And a pitchfork. And then there was the gun she had used to try to kill her mother. Angelique was starting to wonder what people hired Cynthia Ann to do and if Cynthia Ann’s garden had anyone buried in it. She got up from the breakfast table and started to walk away with the baby. Vote on what will happen in the next episode at serealities.com.

My name is Alice Moore and I'm a walking weirdo. That is a bit self-deprecating, but in all honesty, I could have been handed any super power or awesome gift possible and I got the one at the bottom end of the spectrum. Excellent memory. Would you even call that a gift? Well, it's something.
